While Apple’s default Mail app is good enough to get the job done, there are many other options that have an edge over it. If you prefer to use one of the best email apps such as Gmail, Outlook, or Spark, you’ll want to sign out of the Mail App on your iPhone and iPad. On the top left of Outlook client for Windows, click File. Some menu options will be displayed. From the displayed options, click Office Account. Finally, on the Outlook Account screen, beneath your name, click Sign out.

There are three ways to sign in to the Company Portal app.

How To Sign Out On Outlook App

• Sign in with your school or work email address and password.
• Sign in with certificate-based authentication.
• Sign in from another device.

Hard to believe, but the new Outlook doesn't support storing of emails locally on my Mac. The old Outlook (Outlook for Mac v16.42 does support email stored locally. This is a critical feature which you've dropped. What were you thinking Microsoft??? Are you trying to drive me to a non-Microsoft email client? It sure looks that way. With the Outlook window selected, press ALT + F4 to quit. Click here if you'd like to switch to a different email account in Outlook or prompt for a login password whenever you open Outlook. If you want to log out on your mobile device, you'll need to delete your account from the Outlook app. To log out of your Outlook account on the Mac app, you will need to remove your account.

Sign in with school or work account

Complete the following steps to sign in to Company Portal with your school or work account.

1. Open the app and tap Sign In.

2. Enter the email address associated with your school or work account and then tap Next.

3. Enter your password and tap Sign In.

4. Wait while the app verifies your credentials. When done, you can access the features in the app and your organization's resources.

Sign in with certificate

You'll only see this sign-in option if your organization allows certificate-based authentication and you have a certificate available to use.

1. Open the Company Portal app on your device.

2. Enter the email address associated with your work or school account and then tap Next.

3. Tap Sign in with a certificate.

4. Tap Continue to use the certificate.

5. Wait while the app verifies your certificate. When done, you can access the features in the app and your organization's resources.

How To Sign Out Outlook App Iphone

If you normally use a smart card to access work resources, follow the steps in this section to sign in to Company Portal.

1. Open Company Portal on the device you'll be using to access your work resources.

2. Select Sign in from another device.

3. Write down the one-time, sign-in code that appears on screen (or just keep this screen handy for the next couple steps).

4. Switch to your other device (the one you're using to authenticate) and go to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin.

5. When prompted to, enter the code.

6. Select Continue to allow the Company Portal to sign in on your work device.

7. Once the screen says that you're signed in to Company Portal, you can close the browser and switch to your work device.
